Oh my god. I can not believe what a terrible center this is. It is that terrible to motivate me spend time to write a review.
They are extremely inefficient in dealing with the insurance companies and basically harassing the patients to do their job for them. They find it much easier to charge the full amount from the patients instead of working with insurances.
I have a really great insurance, yet I was harassed by them and then by a collecting agency for a very simple visit. I would certainly not put a step back in their office and would recommend all my friends as well.
Here is my story:
First, I go there with UCR referral for a very simple problem I had and a chronical back-pain. The office is ancient and most of operations are done "the good old-ways" and the wait is long of course, but I don't care about all that. I visit the doctor and apparently it was not a big issue. Then the real problem of mine starts a few months after. The doctor's billing guy keeps calling me and telling me that they can get their money. I contact the insurance company and they say there is no issue and they should get their claim. They tell me they want to do the easy route and get the money from me.
after a while they hire a collecting agency and now I have to deal with a new solicitors. The insurance company says we have already paid, but the collecting company says the doctor did not get it. The insurance company says we can give all the details to the doctor office, but the collectors say that we want to talk to them .... and I am the messenger apparently here!
