My Visit on Nov 2, 2017
Just wanted to let you lnow how pleased and comforted I was at my first visit to your Urgent Care there in Palm Springs.
I am from out of town and woke up with acute diarrhea. Upon entering Eisenhower the receptionist was very nice, quick and responsive. Sorry but I didn't get her name. Kristina O came and led me to an examining room. Was very professional but also very personable, taking my vitals and letting me know what would be happening. Next Dr.Burris came in and examined me. Explaining everything to me. It was decided that I should get an IV and some Zofran.
Linda G them installed the IV connection (again very professional) explaining every step.
Ok so bottom line as uncomfortable as I was I was made a whole lot better by just the people working at Eisenhower.
