horrible service, no point in having an urgent care in lathrop if the doctor is NEVER there and when he is in its for 2/3 hours during the morning. completely inconvenient and a waste of time. recommend going to the ER then coming here.

Rude office manager
Although Dr. Maheshwari did a nice job with my several visits I would not recommend anyone visiting the LATHROP office. I had a question about my bill and the office manager was rude and condescending. She implied I was stupid by cutting me off mid question saying "you just don't get it, I already explained that ". She didn't let me even finish my question. There two identical charges that I didn't understand ( also interesting , she had to ask the doctor about the code and why two herself) that was when she became rude.
You would think a patient would be allowed to ask questions about their bill but aparriently not at Lathrop Urgent Care.
On a second note they bill $30 (labor) for giving a shot and $80 for the medication with another $30 labor for a second medication costing $40. $30 works out to be charging $360 an hour for an assistant where the doctor for the office visit would be calculated to only $466 per hour.
