Closed clinic for off-site administrative maters

I live in the neighborhood of the E Kings Canyon Clinc. I am a prostate cancer patient. I contracted a UTI which became painful and caused vomiting. Because
of the proxity and it being a holiday weekend I sought medical attention. First
I tried to call and was greeted with a useless phone system which directed
one to personnel working there. It didn't describe role of these individuals nor
did it indicate they would be closed for off-site administrative matters. I did not
find that out until I walk a rather lengthy block. I also have dvt's in my leg which made it very difficult. I would think that that the phone system should have made
me aware that 24/7 Urgent Care was far from what the name implies. I hope administrative off-site meeting included effective communicating to those in need
    of medical.
