Thank you so much to the doctor I saw. He recognized that the antibiotic I was on was not appropriate for someone with Mono. Since making that change and adding a steriod, my condition has improved immensely in the span of a day.

Stat Med in Pleasant Hill is a hidden gem… it’s easy to make an online same day appointment the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Connie is the best… She makes you feel comfortable, she’s easy to talk to, she is patient and listens to your concerns. I’ve been to Stat Med and Pleasant Hill several  times because I’m confident they’ll take good care of me.

Decided take our daughter here after a couple of days of what we thought was just a cold with no improvement. Scheduling was very easy online, check in was quick and everyone we worked with was very friendly. Testing my daughter for what she could possibly have was quick and easy. We've been here before and really happy that they haven't lost their touch. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t ask for better care than I received.

Wait time was good, got in at 1:40pm for my 1:30pm appointment. Staff was friendly and explained things to me. I did kind of get the impression that they were tired of me because I was trying to ask clarifying questions to make sure that later on I will not be thinking about the questions I was afraid to ask :P. It’s very easy for me to just accept what I’m told, and not ask anything, but I’m trying to learn to advocate for myself because it seems like that’s what is needed in healthcare. But I could tell they were definitely getting tired of me asking my dumb questions and just repeating answers they already gave because I was obviously didn’t hear it the first time. I probably need to work on my communication skills because I don’t feel like either of us felt like we were getting through to the other person. It felt like we both felt like we knew what the other person was saying and that they just weren’t willing to hear it.

This was very easy to make an appointment. The office was extremely clean and neat. Staff was very courteous and efficient. There was no wait time, checking in was easy.

I had now visited this office three times with different PA’s. Every time has been exceptional.
