COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Inglewood, CA

This was my first time visiting this urgent care and would go again. Had a severe sore throat, headache, etc and they got me right in. They were thorough in their testing and the entire staff was very pleasant to deal with.

Set an evening appointment (same day) for pre-operative testing. Completed forms online. Service was amazing, from front office to tech/nurse to doctor. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome, and spent time with me. I got what I needed for a nasty UTI, and on a Saturday to boot. So grateful.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.

I checked in pretty fast. Staff was nice. Waiting for the provider to see me took about 20-30 mins.

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

Greta experience and staff was very welcoming and professional. Would recommend for anybody.
