BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM LIKE THE PLAUGE
This place is a wreck from the top down! Been with MyDrNow for about 6 years now and have been dissatisfied with them most of the time! I should changed PCP's a long time ago. An example of an Urgent Care that has gotten so big, they have no concern for patient's welfare. Lacks communication between doctors and staff. The last straw was my doctor losing my referral from the specialist they sent me to! My insurance requires referrals to come from PCP, not another specialist! I was waiting on my insurance for referral to 2nd specialist for Neuro. I finally called my insurance and they said they never received the referral. I called MyDrNow and after speaking to three or four different people, the doctor said he didn't remember receiving the referral, the referral, by the way, I handed to him personally. The Office/Nurse Managers way of rectifying the situation was to have me call to get it re-sent. Then they sent referral in for wrong specialist on two different occasions! Which by the way, I had to personally take care. This is a direct reflection of this doctor just shuffling papers, and not reading what's put in his hands. Long-story-short, 3 months later, I finally saw the right specialist! What a Nightmare! This is still an ongoing problem I am seeing the Neuro specialist for, and today I find out MyDrNow dropped me back in January, 5 months ago, as my PCP! No letter, no phone call, no nothing! As far as my Insurance knows, they are still my PCP! Maggie in referrals department has nothing but excuses, and takes no responsibility for doing her job, or has no concern for patients! This place is a bad excuse for business, much less a doctors practice! Again, there's no communication between Doctor's, Nurse's, and office personnel. Additionally, the only way you can get refills for medication is to make an appointment every 30 days so they can scam another co-pay off you, and scam the insurance company for appointment charges! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
