My husband had a nasty chest cough, we walked into NextCare without an appointment and were welcomed immediately and filled out forms. After a short wait we met with a friendly woman who took vitals and medical history, then met with PA Joel who offered a speedy diagnosis and treatment. Joel's manner was caring and his experience was evident. We were very pleased and will use this urgent care again when needed.

The scheduling and wait time was fine. My complaint is with the doctor I saw. I went in for a dry cough, cold sweats, nausea and dizziness. Immediately tested for Covid and flu. Both were negative. So the doctor started guessing what it could be. She told me it could be anything from valley fever to bronchitis to tuberculosis to possibly even nicotine withdrawals since I quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Tuberculosis or nicotine withdrawals is a crazy diagnosis. If it was TB, she should have been way more concerned. I will not be going back here.

As long as Nadine Shelepak PA-C is at Alliance, I will not return. I am prone to sinus infections and have been going to Alliance for over 8 years. I have a file with the prescriptions given to me before. After explaining this to Nadine, she didn’t give me what I’ve always been given. Her bedside manner is atrocious. She didn’t listen to my concerns and rushed me out. Once again, if Nadine is at Alliance, I will never return.

I went in with flu feeling like death. Was met with caring, efficient, professional,knowledgeable staff who treated me and prescribed exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough good about this facility and am so thankful to have them in my neighborhood. I had some major unexplained lump on my neck, was in there 3 times and each time staff was amazing!! They informed me about everything they were doing as well as my questions and concerns... they referred me over to the specialists I needed!!! Will not going anywhere else in the future
