We were out of town and unsure where to take our sick 2 year old. The staff and Dr were very helpful and patient. I loved booking online and the easy process.

I was told to check in 15 min prior to my time, and was the only one in the waiting room for a while. I heard one lady say she did not have an appointment but she ended up going in front of me bc supposedly she had an "emergency". After waiting for over an hour since my arrival and 45 min from my appointment I went back up and asked how far behind the staff was and was told by the check in person that I didn't have an appointment I had a reservation. This is the fourth time I come with a child and I think I have waited less the one time I did a walk in than the other three were I selected a time slot. I thought the point was to have a slot so you didn't have to wait in the waiting room with a sick child for such an extended time. That's what walk ins should be doing. Just annoyed at the fact that the wait is so long. After going in I was in and out in legit 6min.

We were able to walk in late at night, diagnose and address my child’s strep throat. Thank you for being open late and having such a capable staff.

have been dealing with reoccurring itchiness for 5 months. went in for steroid shot, they wouldn’t listen to me whatsoever and put me on anxiety med. it made things much worse and also worsened my mental health. wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was great, they went above and beyond to make sure my got the best care.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

Second time at this location and both times I’ve had a great experience.

Best place to go in Keller, Texas for medical services! staff is fantastic and the doctors too! I’ll be going to them from now on

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

Everything was very easy, from scheduling my appointment to checking in to the doctor's visit itself. Everyone on staff was very polite and professional. The facility was absolutely spotless, nicely appointed, and very convenient to my home. You will be my go-to for urgent care going forward.

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

I scheduled an appointment online without any problems.

It was hard to check in because my eyes were swollen with pink eye but receptionist didn’t card. Could hardly see the fill out QR code was small on phone.
