The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.

Went for an infection. The staff was friendly, they listened carefully and got me in and out. Just paid my regular co-pay.

Urgently Care has made me consider making it my personal physician center. My doctors are in NY but for the past few years Urgent Care continues to deliver quality professional clean and Happy Staff. Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.
