Book an STD Test in Carrollton, TX

Construction was a little unnerving but all for progress

I was told to check in 15 min prior to my time, and was the only one in the waiting room for a while. I heard one lady say she did not have an appointment but she ended up going in front of me bc supposedly she had an "emergency". After waiting for over an hour since my arrival and 45 min from my appointment I went back up and asked how far behind the staff was and was told by the check in person that I didn't have an appointment I had a reservation. This is the fourth time I come with a child and I think I have waited less the one time I did a walk in than the other three were I selected a time slot. I thought the point was to have a slot so you didn't have to wait in the waiting room with a sick child for such an extended time. That's what walk ins should be doing. Just annoyed at the fact that the wait is so long. After going in I was in and out in legit 6min.

I walked and was seen right away. Visit from start to finish was less than an hour. Awesome.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Dr Holly, her assistant and the girls at the front desk were professional, personable and very informative of what was needed and what was happening with my granddaughter. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Argyle, TX.

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!

With every other doctor office close I’m glad little spurs was open on a Sunday morning I was in and out within 30 minutes definitely recommend this place

My daughter had been experiencing ear pain and it was not improving. I was able to look online and see that there was nobody on the waitlist. I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour and fill out the paperwork before I even left. I was able to check in and pay easily. The wait was not too long and the staff and doctor were all very kind and friendly. My daughter felt comfortable and got the help she needed.

Best place to go in Keller, Texas for medical services! staff is fantastic and the doctors too! I’ll be going to them from now on
