I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Everything was great. The staff was excellent.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

The doctor is awesome took her time and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions.

I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

Was not pleased with the small prescription dosage that doctor gave me still have pain. I will not return to this facility again

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.

I love using this place. They get me in and out quickly and the staff are very friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable. I greatly trust their expertise.

in the past i swore i would never come back to this urgent care because of the front office staff. but now, this urgent care has a great set of staff in it’s entirety. they were so amazing. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. the communication was stellar and the follow through was on point. the nurses will always be top tier here! *chefs kiss*

I had a needle Stick injury, I called them over the phone and they said yes you can come...Everything was great.. Teeba the front desk was really friendly and super nice.. There is another lady who came to discuss the process with me she was nice too... I WOULD recommend that place for everyone

My daughter had a broken blood vessel in her eye and was scared. They got her right in and calmed her down. Very good service and nice 👍

Great experience as I expected. I was raked back before my scheduled appointment time and was out 20 minutes later.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal
