There is no option for a negative star experience.

I urged my husband to go there because he was in severe pain, debilitating pain in both ears. We couldn't reach our regular doctor. Turns out to be a severe double ear infection. The pain was causing him to be barely functional. When the prescriptions were being written for antibiotics, my husband acted for a pain killer. She (the nurse practitioner) immediately treated him as a drug seeker! I called to complain, I was passed around, hung up on, left voice messages. No response. Never ever again will I go there. Can't wait to get that bill.

I wish there were negative stars.

I've used this location on multiple occasions especially when I was in between primary care doctors. I have a history of repeat UTIs among other things I wouldn't want to go to the emergency room for and take up space from someone with a more serious ailment.. Unfortunately also I ended back up there for bothersome symptoms (chronic cough that wouldn't go away with prescription or over the counter meds it was ruining my life etc) that felt serious but they could never give me a reason (my family unknowingly was being exposed to high levels of various molds including black mold in our apartment). The nurse practitioners would make rude comments while I was waiting in the room. I felt it unprofessional to be so openly judgmental. A person is obviously going through something physically to keep coming back. (Rough estimate of last day visited)
I'm long winded but basically I'm never going back to this location!
