Wait time was about 20 minutes but I did not call ahead and considering COVID visits I think the facility and staff were wonderful. Compassion from staff is so important when visiting any Urgent Care and this facility always cares about why I’m there. The front desk receptionist, the triage nurse and the PA I saw were wonderful! I live in EMR and I have had to visit this U/C when I can’t get in to see my PCP. I will recommend to my friends and family.

We just left this clinic. Everyone is friendly, professional, thorough, and they actually listen to the patient/parents. Most stress free urgent care. I also like that they do check-ins online and the clinic itself is clean.

I took my granddaughter she has an outer ear infection I was the last patient there we were out of there before four dr Tammy said she would call it into Safeway I went to Safeway the prescription was not there tried calling urgent care which they closed at four so I knew they wouldn’t answer I waited until the pharmacy closed at 5:o’clock and there still was no prescription for my granddaughter so will have to wait till morning now and I’m just hoping her ear doesn’t hurt during the middle of the night
