The only complain I have is that the lady at the front desk wasn't nice and their telephone number was not working. When we call to the number for letting them know that we had arrived, nobody answered. So, we went inside to let them know that we had arrived, and the lady at the front desk was kind of rude. My appointment was at 9h10, I had my PCR test swab done my 11. The 2 gentlemen that were coming back and forth taking information from the cars were nice.

Went for a covid PCR test, wait time is long but understandable since it’s the holiday’s. Everyone is traveling and also the new variant is going now. Staff from the beginning says expect a long wait time! So if you cannot wait… well that’s on you. Anyway staff is great! Be safe.

Requested PCR COVID test needed to travel Wednesday Nov 24. Was requested to be outside all the time. Fill out more forms, additional ti the ones requested in text. Person was supposed to call me, but her call was never received. Finally I was contacted through another phone. After 20/25 Min. Rep took test. I was informed I will receive a call today and an email. Or maybe tomorrow. Did not receive anything today. Hopefully I will have results tomorrow, or I will not be able to board plane.

Needed follow up visit for symptoms of upper respiratory infection.....positive Covid rapid test. I was able to make an appointment same day to get follow up care and a Covid PCR test. The staff was kind...professional....caring and friendly. I received a call from then after my visit to check on me. Very pleased with their services.

My physical therapist Alberto is the best he makes sure that you get maximum support to get you where you need to be he is very supportive kind gentle and easy to work with I would never change him for anything,on a scale of 1-10 I give him a 10 .Overall the staff in general are very knowledgeable and competent I would recommend this Urgent Med to anyone.
