It has always been hard to get in here, because wait times are so long, but when I broke my finger they got me in right away and took care of me so well. The X-ray techs was beyond nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and honest when he didn’t know something…recommended a specialist. This is the best Indigo experience I’ve ever had. I’ll return here if I need an urgent care visit.

Great experience, super gracious staff all around even swamped by demand with Covid testing and dealing with high volume of walk ups like me. Being able to check my appointment waitlist status in Solv and not need to spend all day on site hoping to make the cutoff is 👍👍👍 - all healthcare appointments should be like this.

I was a walk in on the first day open after New Years - the clinic was slammed with Covid testing. I checked in and went home to receive a text to come back six hours later. I understand why the delay and was happy to go home rather than sit and wait. Interactions were all positive and professional. I recommend.

I’m a multicare employee, I did the online visit for employee exposure and went in, waited in line 10-15 minutes then front desk gal took my info and shortly after they got me right back and I was done with my swab! The only thing that made me rub my head is: why would us that are coming in with covid symptoms be mixed up with those there for a Covid test to travel? Seems silly to me, the urgent care should be for sick people not healthy people mixed with some seriously sick people!! Anyhow pretty sure it is just what it is at this point and time. Very thankful for my great quick service so I could get back home and rest! Thank you!

This clinic is always my first choice for urgent care needs. I couldn’t get an appointment for my Covid test so I was told to show up the following morning upon opening, and got registered and called when they were ready for me. Excellent system!!

So thankful for all the staff and their smiling faces in the midst of high patient volumes and continued Covid craziness. Thank you ok for being there so other employees like me can get tested and do my work as well!

Everything was wonderful. The staff including our doctor, Sarah, were all amazing to my kids and myself. The only downside was no soap in the bathroom.

I was a walk-in for a Covid test. The staff members were all kind and helpful. I only waited an hour and a half for my test which I consider excellent for the high demand and a Sunday.

Sarah Brainerd was amazing with myself and my children while we waiting to get our covid tests done. She talked my kids through the process and her nurse was fantastic as well

I was not able to book an appointment on line, so I had to check in early morning and then sent home to wait. It took all day, but it was just because of the incredible amount of people that wanted to get a Covid test. There service and staff was very good. Highly recommend.

The staff was amazing dealing with all the Covid 19 testing and the massive number of people visiting

My experience was pretty good. The nursing staff and doctors were lovely. The front office Consierge was super focused on the paper work side of the house that she got short with me whenI asked her what I thought was a relevant question. I don’t think she meant to be short but when a person is not feeling well, the mantra from the providers should be “people first”. What happened was that because of my symptoms, I qualified for a rapid test. She told me that I would receive my results within 24 hours. I curiously said to her “I thought this was a rapid test” and she impatiently said: “there are a lot of people ahead of you”. I felt the comment sting a bit and pushed back by saying “you did not have to be rude/short”. She then went on to explain that the Poulsbo branch only has one testing machine. Once that was explained to me, it made sense. My point is. Is that slowing down, offering eye contact, and kindly explaining that information up front would have saved me from asking what, to her, appeared to be a dumb question. It made me feel stupid - especially because there were other guests in the lobby. I am pretty certain that the other guests standing there would have liked an answer to my question. To be fair, she was really efficient and I think she was doing a good job and her best. I am merely sharing this as “coaching & learning” opportunity - as a Consierge, she is the window to your company. What the patient sees, hears, and feels at the front desk is as powerful as the care they receive behind a closed door. The young lady that helped me has it mostly right - it would help her to always remember that each person that walks through that door has a story and, they may not know Indigo’s story. It is her job to educate and put the patients at ease. Even so, I would recommend the clinic. I realize that everyone is under a lot of stress. Thank you all for your support and help today with me and my girls.

I was helped quickly. The best nurse for the job was assigned to my case because she had prior experience with similar situations.

About

About MultiCare Urgent Care

Multicare is a not-for-profit health care organization that has served countless individuals across the Pacific Northwest since 1882. With more than 20,000 staff, including providers, employees, and volunteers, they are the largest, locally-owned, community-based health system in Washington State. Indigo Urgent Care clinics — which provide cost-effective and time-efficient care for non-emergent medical concerns — are just one division of their extensive network. Multicare Indigo Urgent Care centers work diligently to deliver a satisfying and uncommonly consistent patient care experience, striving to delight each patient they serve. All locations provide highly personalized, on-demand, in-person, and online care for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. They also provide various on-site lab tests, digital X-rays, prescriptions, and physicals. Services vary by location, and most, if not all, clinics are open seven days a week for walk-ins and scheduled visits. Most clinics maintain extended weekday hours and offer 24/7 virtual care visits for select health concerns.
