Well, being able to check in with out actually talking to anybody is amazing everytime. I love the fact that I can have Add my insurance and my identification in the app. Prior to arriving. So I don't have to do anything. Just Park Somewhere in the lot. And then I can check in without leaving my vehicle. So then I can just walk inside and sit down. I'm already checked in. Roughly about 10 or 15 minutes early you can use the app to check in as long as you're in the parking lot. Then usually with in a 5 or 10 minutes of me waiting in there lobby theyll usually take me to the back room and start taking your vitals. and asking you the reason for your vist today and other inmoortant stuff! Shortly after she leaves, maybe 5 to 10 minutes later, a doctor comes in checks me out and will give there best diagnoses, prescribes me something if needed, And provides a prescription, or A recommendation to someone else or will ask what pharmacy I would like it sent to whether the one on file or a different one. And then send me on my way. I think the longest I've ever spent in an indigo is 45 minutes and that was in and out with a prescription. I find it's easier if say either call in the prescription themselves. Or you call it in as soon as you get the car. When most of the time, it's not a long way when you get to the pharmacy which is a bonus I think. Also, if they suggest that you go into the air, ask them to call ahead and let the ER know that you're coming and that you're on your way. That also helps a 100% faster with already, putting you in the line so when you show up. It's less time you're in a waiting room. Sometimes they immediately take you back. I believe that's an extra. I'm saying that they go out of their way to help. They're patients get through in seen faster. Which I believe is a nice courtesy of them Going Out there way to make sure that you feel better faster and get see abruptly. What's strongly recommended any in the Indigo urgent care Facility Over any other facility. I will always recommend this despite if the person says that they already have a clinic that they go to I strongly suggest going too one of these urgent cares versus your regular Physician/ clinic Any day? I also really love the fact that all the records are in a twined. With all the hospitals records so they can pull up your whole record. Turn all the hospitals cause they're databases and/or twine together, which makes it a 100% easier. To already look at Have all your records in the Palm of their hand. And you know what's going on with you up tell this point really helps move things along a lot faster when they don't have to ask a whole bunch of repetitive questions. That you have told a bunch of doctors before. And my chart app is terrific with having all of your Records from All the previous places that you've been weather, it's Providence. ISHD or Whatever the dentist, whatever places in Bellevue so Dentist/physician office.this adds to the fact that you Receive quick and efficient, help that make sure you are In-N-Out. Quickly and I will always recommend this VS the ER or any other facility weather it's Swedish or providers or what ever Indigo will guarantee Get you in and out and back home so you can rest faster than any other facility out there. Sometimes I'm even surprised with how fast I get taken of the back scene given prescriptions and send on my way. By far the best clinics I've ever been to. Even will offer you something to drink while you wait which I don't think any of them do other than this one. And UW in Seattle

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Best Urgent care in Puyallup. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Doctors are amazing.

Dr. Bowles is PHENOMENAL! If he had his own practice, I would choose him as my PCP.

Walked in at 2:00pm and Marco said there were no openings until 4:00pm. What I liked was that I could leave and come back, as well as fill out the forms online ahead of that time. The whole process was very easy and pleasant. Marco was there to answer any questions I had and assisted me in the process.  The other two women who cared for me were excellent in their professionalism and bedside manner. ARNP SARAH, and nurse who prepped me were wonderful!

So impressed with all the staff we interacted with! The person who scheduled our appointment was efficient and friendly, as was the girl who checked us in. The medical staff was outstanding, and our issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Came in with a lot of pain, but Joel’s friendly vibe and humble spirit made me at ease! Lizette (I think was her name) showed care and captured everything I said. X-ray Tech (Megan I think) was patient and thoughtful. Dr. Singh carefully listened and examined my issue with satisfying diagnosis and treatment. The care & respect was received and appreciated. Thank you!

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

I have been feeling ill for a while. My Dr office couldn't get me for a week. Made an appointment online. Waited for only about 5 min. Everyone at office was great. Got tests done and a breathing treatment done and it was less that an hour from start to finish. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience

I’ve been here two times for the same issue & both times I’m told different things. The first time, my throat swab was not sent out for culture even though my tonsils showed signs of infection. This time I had to ask for a culture and was told that there’s not going to be any info since our tonsil have natural bacteria… and then I was told I have seasonal allergies, but I’ve been in bed for 5 days with my symptoms getting worse. Today I was called to be informed that my swab was not a good enough collection and I’ll need to come back to redo it. It’s such an inconvenience for someone who is sick and has to take public transportation. I feel like I’ve wasted my time and should have gone to a different urgent care.

My visit felt a bit rushed with the provider. I didn’t feel like time was taken to fully assess my concern.

I went in for a ingrown toe nail, the provider Lillian Smith told me to go see my primary care provider. It takes over a week to see a PCP, that's why I went to urgent care. This location has taken care of my ingrowen toe nail before. The lady who checked me out was super nice and helpful, I did not catch her name. Very disappointing care from Lillian Smith. I do not recommend Lillian Smith.

I had to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Everyone was so extremely friendly, from being checked in to the very end getting my discharge papers. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy asking for what i needed. 100% would recommend and if ever needed will return.

Waited an hour to see provider everything else about clinic was great!

I have recurrent sinusitis. Elizabeth Kozloff is efficient with giving me feedback on ways to deal with it and things to do at home to ease my discomfort. I have seen her several times and have received the the best care. My experience with her is excellent. As well as being checked in and wait time once being brought to exam room. I would and do recommend indigo urgent care to others who is in need of a great medical team for when they are not feeling well. Thank you for the continued great medical visit!

Had some personal concerns and did a walk in. Very kind staff and made me feel comfortable.  Took me in pretty quick too. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for an urgent care!

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Scheduling was quick and staff were very friendly, the care was excellent and my mom felt better knowing someone was listening to her. We would recommend this place to anyone that needed urgent care

Return E-mails did not have MultiCare or Indigo in the title so I ignored them.  I get too much spam as is. Also, the prescription was sent to Express Scripts, which had a delivery 2 weeks hence.  Not very Helpful

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I woke this morning with redness in my eye. I was able to get an appt right away.  They all were very nice and professional. They  gave me good quality care. I will only come here for my medical needs and I will tell friends to go here as well.

Was greeted upon arrival. Well told they’d be right me. I stepped back to give privacy as others walked in they were attended before me. I am aware that they may have been more urgent but don’t appear so. So having to wait for others to be checked in before myself I had a longer wait time. I did check in online and before I left my home there were two patients before me. So great I’ll get there with a little time. But no since others were done before me. Several were walkins. Staff should have noticed when people come in and even though I stepped aside/took a seat they should have the others wait

Called and put my name on the wait list and when I arrived to the facility I was seen right away. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and comforting.  I would recommend this provider.

Woke up this morning with fever and sore throat and was able to get in at 8:30. Was a quick appointment and Mirna was so nice and sweet.

Waste of time visit!  Limited knowledge and experience.  Was not familiar with suggested treatment plans and refused to call previous primary care physician to review their prescribed treatment plan.

I work at a local Urgent Care and let me just say u was IMPRESSED by my experience here at Indigo Gig Harbor. The staff was so kind from the front desk to the provider. The clinic was clean and welcoming. I checked in, immediately roomed and within minutes we had the provider in to see us! He was knowledgeable, patient and even explained everything twice as my husband walked in right as we were finishing up! Highly recommend.

Cut my forearm on some sharp metal.  Found the information online and went to the Kent location.

I was a walk in and waiting two hours but the staff there was very informative and friendly. Once in the room it was very quick and everyone was so kind. I would recommend this provider any day.

The staff is so good with my toddler. They were so patient and understanding and even provide snacks and beverages for both. It was such a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a persistent cough that just got soooo bad, couldn’t sleep because of it. When the Dr. checked me out, she found another concern. She felt a bit of a mass on my neck, could be Thyroid issue. Received lab work and results same day. Would have received same day results for a referred ultrasound but imaging office couldn’t see me til the next morning. After the ultrasound was completed, I received results from my provider at Indigo Urgent care within 2 hours, wow! I was blessed with good news but so very thankful the Dr at Indigo gave me the attention I needed. Above and beyond in their service. Would recommend as very reliable care. Thank you so much to Team Indigo. 😊

Appreciated that same day appointments were available. Also, the medical assistant suggested a couple additional tests after I described my child’s symptoms, which ended up being a really good call. She was diagnosed for something different than what I brought her in for and grateful the team suggested to run other tests.
