I made an appointment and filled the paperwork on line, however still ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours. Physician and staff were very nice.

I was happy with the quick care and everyone was friendly! Great job!

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

The staff were very nice and smiling. You don’t see that much anymore. Facility was very clean.

I was glad to get an appointment. I have this sinus infection that keeps me up all night, coughing. The doctor took good care and sent me home with the right medicine to end my problems.. good team

My visit to Gateway Urgent Care in Gilbert was great. I scheduled online and my wait was short. Kristeena was wonderful. She was pleasant and caring and explained my diagnosis and medications to me. I would certainly go again and recommend to anyone.

I went to urgent care, unfortunately on the computer it say you have an exray when we got there they said they didn’t why would I go see you with a most luckily have a broken foot. Please rethink the exray all you other urgent care places has one

Woke up early and decided to book an appointment within the hour. Check in was easy since I had been a patient before.  Staff was friendly and the doc listened to my issues. Made recommendations after examination. Filled my prescription before I got home.

Provider explained new meds well.  Very concerned I follow up with PCP and certain tests.  Very pleased with Provider FYI: The phone system needs to be improved for incoming calls.   The assistant mentioned there is only her phone.  If she is serving a client or away from her desk, it is not answered.  No info to hold on or leave msg.,  Called twice, rang 20 times.

Dr was real nice real thorough but the front office could care less. All they do is sit around talk to each other. My paperwork was done and I still sitting there not very happy with the front office girls

Everyone that helped us during our visit was kind, and thorough. They were caring and gentle with my sick 5 year old. Overall great experience.

Have had a sore throat for four days. Was in an out in thirty minutes including a swab test for strep throat. The staff was very professional and thorough.I would highly recommend this urgent care clinic.
